How do AI credits work?

Every reply your assistant sends consumes credits. The amount depends on which model you've chosen — premium models use more per response than the default model. Credit usage is shown in your dashboard.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Your assistant stops responding until your next billing cycle resets the counter, or you upgrade to a plan with more credits. You'll see a warning in the dashboard as you approach your limit.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page in the dashboard at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Is the web chat widget included on the Free plan?

Yes — every plan, including Free, includes the web chat widget. Messenger, WhatsApp, and Shopify require Spark+ ($29 / mo). Notion knowledge sync requires Core ($49 / mo).

Do I need a developer to install Gabbex?

No. You copy a one-line snippet from the Deploy page in the dashboard and paste it before your closing </body> tag. No other code changes needed.

Is there an annual billing option or volume deal?

Volume deals, annual billing, SSO, and custom integrations are available for larger teams. Get in touch and we'll put together the right package.
